Free shipping on all orders over $200! (Only UPS Express is one shipping method)

Order processing time

Convenassis.com order processing hours are Monday-Friday/10:00AM-6:00PM (CST).

I know that you have an urgent need for baby carrier, so we will deliver it to your doorstep as quickly as possible.

Once you place your order, we will start processing your order immediately. Usually, we will process it within 1-2 business days. If there is a holiday, it will be postponed.

Our order cutoff time is 6:00PM (CST), Monday-Friday, orders placed after 6:00 p.m.
Monday -Thursday will be prioritized for processing at 10:00 a.m. the following day.

Orders after 6:00PM (CST) on Friday will be processed and shipped next Monday. (Orders will not be processed during holidays)

Shipping time

After the order is processed, we will arrange shipment for you as soon as possible. No matter where you are in the United States, we are committed to getting our baby carrier to you.

We work closely with reliable UPS Express to ensure your order arrives safely and quickly. The shipping time of UPS Express is 2-4 business days. In case of holidays, it will be postponed.

Delivery time

Our delivery time is 3-6 business days. If there is a holiday, it will be postponed.

We try our best to ensure that orders are delivered as planned. If the order has not been delivered for more than 6 business days, you can contact our customer service John Hawthorne at [email protected] to request a refund or let us reship.

NOTE: Please make sure you provide accurate shipping address and contact information to ensure smooth delivery.

Freight calculation

We have UPS Express as a shipping method: whether you need to pay shipping depends on the amount of your order.

We do not charge additional shipping tax.

About consumption tax

We do not charge consumption tax. If consumption tax is incurred, customers need to pay it themselves.

Package

We attach great importance to the packaging of your baby carrier to protect your baby carrier and keep it intact during transportation.

We will pack your baby carrier in cartons while adding plastic foam paper inside to prevent scratches, bumps or crushing to minimize potential shipping damage.

The package contains the baby carrier you purchased and a return label (the return label will be required to be returned when returning the product, so it is recommended to keep it properly).

Sign for order

We recommend that you sign for receipt in person. If someone else signs for it, please make sure your package is not lost.

3. What should I do if my baby carrier is lost during transportation?
