Return Policy

Dear Baby Carrier Family,

First of all, thank you for choosing our baby carrier and becoming a member of our big family! I understand that choosing baby products is a special task, so we are extremely honored to be able to accompany you and your baby to grow together.

However, sometimes things can take a twist and I completely understand that in some cases you may need to return an item. I want you to know that your satisfaction is important to us and we will do our best to ensure that your return process is easy and enjoyable.

If you are not satisfied with the baby carrier you purchased, you only need to apply for a return within 14 natural days after signing for it, and you can get a full refund of the purchase price. We need to remind you that baby carrier needs to meet the following conditions:

1) Return requests need to be made within 14 natural days after receipt. If it exceeds 14 natural days, we will no longer accept your return request.
2) The returned baby carrier can be in lightly used condition, but it needs to come with all original packaging and a return label (the return label will be included in the original packaging of your baby carrier when shipped).
3) The baby carrier has no obvious signs of use or human damage, has not been washed, and is not dirty.

About canceling orders

After the order is successfully paid, you can check the status of your order in your account orders details.

If you need to cancel an order, you can only modify the order within half an hour after placing the order and the order has not been processed. After half an hour, our order will enter the packaging process. Once packaging is completed, the order cannot be canceled.

After the order is canceled, the refund will be returned to your PayPal payment account within 1-2 business days, please wait patiently.

Return and exchange application method

If you need to return or exchange goods, please contact customer service John Hawthorne at [email protected] to apply for a return or exchange within 14 natural days after receipt.

Alternatively, you can find the order you need to return or exchange on the order details page, submit your return or exchange application, and we will confirm your return or exchange application as soon as possible.

Return order processing time

We will process your return order within 1-2 business days.

Convenassis.com’s return order processing time is Monday-Friday/10:00AM-6:00PM (CST).

Our return order cutoff time is 6:00PM (CST), Monday-Friday, return orders placed after 6:00 p.m. Monday-Thursday will be prioritized at 10:00 a.m. the following day.

Return orders after 6:00PM (CST) on Friday will be processed next Monday. (Orders will not be processed during holidays)

If the order has not been processed for more than 2 business days, please contact customer service John Hawthorne at [email protected] and we will prioritize it for you.

Return process

If you decide to return the goods within 14 natural days after signing for it and have already made a return application, you can follow the following process:

1) There is a return label in our original packaging. Please fill in the relevant information on the label before returning the product.

2) Pack the baby carrier in its original packaging, including the return label, and send the baby carrier to 2804 Trinity Oaks Dr APT 161, Arlington, Texas, 76006.

3) After the express is sent, send the logistics information and express tracking number to customer service John Hawthorne via email [email protected] so that we can refund you as soon as possible after receiving it.

4) Once the returned baby carrier arrives at Convenassis.com’s warehouse, the refund process will begin. Your refund amount will be fully returned to your PayPal payment account within 1-2 business days, please wait patiently.

Return shipping costs

1) If the baby carrier you receive has quality problems such as wear and tear, Convenassis.com will bear the freight.

2) If you need to return the product because you don’t like the baby carrier’s style or other personal preferences, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Exchange process

If you need to exchange the product within 14 natural days after signing for it, you can follow the following process after making the exchange application:

1) Pack the baby carrier in its original packaging and send the baby carrier to 2804 Trinity Oaks Dr APT 161, Arlington, Texas, 76006.

2) After the express delivery, please send the logistics information and express tracking number to customer service John Hawthorne via email [email protected] so that you can re-delivery as soon as possible after we receive it.

Exchange shipping cost

If the baby carrier you receive needs to be exchanged due to quality problems such as wear and tear, please contact customer service John Hawthorne by sending an email to [email protected] and we will reship it for you.

1) If the baby carrier is required to be replaced due to quality or transportation problems (for example, the baby carrier received is defective or damaged), the shipping cost will be borne by Convenassis.com.

2) If the exchange is not caused by the baby carrier’s quality problems or product missing, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Refund amount

1) Refund processing method for successful returns

After the return is successful, your refund amount will be fully returned to your PayPal account within 1-2 business days.

If you paid the shipping fee, the shipping fee will also be refunded.

2) Refund processing method for canceled orders

After successfully canceling your order, your refund will be fully refunded to your PayPal account within 1-2 business days.

It may take some time for the refund to arrive, so please be patient.

About the cost of secondary listing

Please note that you do not need to pay for secondary listings.
